Therefore, we are looking for Account Executives to join our customer management team to take care of our existing customers in the Dutch market. We have already been in the online video software business for more than 15 years and provide long-term career opportunities for salespeople who are committed to professional and ethical sales work.
We offer you a full ownership of your customers and daily sales work. Your daily agenda consists of customer management activities such as customer meetings, calls, making proposals and closing sales with our existing customers. Our well-located office allows you to spend time with great sales team colleagues while occasional remote days offer flexibility in everyday life.
You will have a significant role as part of our local sales team and our business in the Netherlands. At Dream Broker you can develop your sales skills together with local and international sales colleagues. Our sales onboarding starts with a week in Stockholm followed by a six-month onboarding period to ensure your work success.
You can build a career both in The Netherlands or later abroad in one of our current or future locations and cities.
Our salary model enables you to positively impact your income every month based on your activities and sales results. Your monthly total salary is a combination of a fixed base salary, bonus, and sales commissions without gaps.
- Taking care of the existing customers and supporting them with implementing our software solutions
- Leading implementation phase trainings online and on-site
- Contacting of existing customers, booking and holding sales meetings
- Expanding collaboration with existing customers by finding new opportunities and use-cases
- Building long-term customer relationships and retaining customers
- Working closely with other colleagues, collaborating and sharing expertise within Dream Broker and towards customers
- Native Dutch or fluent English for meaningful dialogues with customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills to gain customers’ interest and to provide inspiring value propositions
- Ambitious with hands-on attitude and ownership of your daily sales work
- Relevant higher education or otherwise acquired business knowledge to understand various organisations and stakeholders
- Sharp sales-oriented mindset with curiosity towards software technology and SaaS business
- Targets are what drives us, so we want people who aim to reach their monthly and annual sales targets
