We are looking for a Team Lead to build our business and lead our sales team in Berlin. As a Team Leader your main priorities are increasing the number of new customers, taking care of existing customers and building a successful business in the German market. If you are a result-oriented team player who can create strong personal sales and inspire others to do their best, you are the person we are looking for.

Key responsibilities:

  • Customer acquisition by actively reaching out to new customers, booking meetings and helping them by offering the solution they didn’t know existed
  • Leading the entire sales process all the way from prospecting to closing the deals with the customer’s top decision makers.
  • Supporting and training new customers through the implementation phase
  • Taking care of existing customers by supporting them to reach the set business objectives with our software
  • Expanding collaboration with the existing customers by finding new opportunities and use cases within
  • Building long-term customer relationships and retaining customer’s business by preventing churn
  • Leading operative sales and sales team to reach our ambitious targets of turnover growth
  • Participating in building a scalable organisation to support both new B2B customer acquisition and customer management processes in Germany

Expectations:  

  • Fluent communication skills in German and English
  • Enjoys communicating with new and existing customers
  • Strong commercial mindset and good business understanding
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on attitude on all areas of leading daily operations
  • Proven track record of successful sales results and true interest of leading the local sales operations
  • Can work efficiently and independently in fast-paced and active environment
  • Strong drive of meeting and exceeding your monthly and annual sales budget
  • Desire to learn, improve and grow
  • Priority will be given to those with the right attitude and skills, as opposed to years of experience
