We are looking for a Country Manager with long term commitment and the ability to accelerate our growth in Germany. Dream Broker has been on a mission to help people and enterprises communicate, collaborate and learn with online video since 2007. With our growing product family, we are looking for more talent to support us. Your job as a Country Manager is to, together with the team, elevate our sales organization and growth to the next level.

We are looking for a person with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and passion for growth and direct enterprise software sales. You are the right person for the role if you can show both solid sales results from the past and you have experience as a leader. Additionally, you have very good communication skills, both in German and in English, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced growth company environment.

Ideal candidate:

  • Commitment in developing and implementing company’s strategy and sales processes to achieve company’s long-term goals
  • Growing the business in Germany
  • Taking full responsibility for the country sales budget
  • Managing and leading the local sales team in achieving and exceeding set targets
  • Actively participating in operational sales work and closing deals through direct sales process
  • Recruiting and scaling the sales team to 30 sales professionals within 1-2 years
  • Establishing a scalable organizational structure for both new sales and customer management teams
  • Onboarding and continuously training sales employees in Germany

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Provide inspirational leadership to the sales team and leading the sales by high business acumen and good own example.
  • Sales Management: Managing the sales team and Dream Broker`s direct sales process in Germany fostering a culture of professionalism, excellence and meeting the sales KPIs.
  • Recruitment & Team Development: Recruiting a winning team and developing it further alongside with growth of the company.
  • New Customer Acquisition & Customer Management: Leading the sales activities towards both potential customers and existing customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and understanding their needs to develop the collaboration further, up selling and minimizing the churn.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Generating accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights into sales performance and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Contributing to the sales management and working together with other country managers and sales leaders. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, finance, product development, customer success and talent management.
