We are looking for experienced sales and customer management professionals to start working in the key role of
Customer Relations Manager.

In this role, you will be focusing on value creation, sales and demanding implementations for all our customers internationally and on developing Dream Broker’s customer management models and Customer Management units. Based on your personal skills and targets you have an opportunity to work also in a technical expert and sales support role (Sales Engineer) in addition to doing enterprise sales.

As Customer Relations Manager you will be working in our international Customers Unit, which is a matrix team responsible for Dream Broker’s Customer Management Model and ensuring our customers’ value creation, success, growth, and retention in all our markets together with our sales and marketing units. You will be reporting directly to Director, Technology & Customers.

To be successful in the role of Customer Relations Manager it is an asset if you possess most of the characteristics and attributes mentioned below. However, above all, we value the potential to become a star in these aspects!

  • Direct sales or customer management experience with a good track record
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience working with top management teams
  • Background in working with project organizations and vendors as a supervisor, buyer or consultant
  • Ability to take ownership of large entities
  • Strong communication skills and customer oriented mindset
  • Understanding of SaaS model, strategy and CXO mindset
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum bachelor level education.
