We are looking for an ambitious, and energetic Team Lead to guide our SaaS new sales team in Stockholm. This is an intermediate level position where we are looking for someone with 2-5 years’ experience from B2B sales who also has a desire to develop themselves into a sales leadership role. You may already have some experience from leading and inspiring others achieving goals whether it’s from sales or other areas of life.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow within an international software company where you can put your sales skills into action and make a real impact on our market share in Sweden. As a Team Lead, your main priorities are to lead our new sales team on customer acquisition, participate in operative sales work, and scale our business. If you are a result-oriented team player who can create strong personal sales and inspire others to do their best, then you are the person we are looking for.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading operative sales and sales team.
- Participating in creating new sales from prospecting potential new B2B customers all the way to closing deals.
- Scaling the sales team and operations by actively participating in recruitments and coaching new team members.
Expectations:
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English to inspire team members and customers.
- Strong commercial mindset and general business understanding.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on attitude in all areas of leading the daily sales operations.
- Proven track record of successful sales results and true interest of leading the local sales team.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced and active environment.
- Strong drive of meeting and succeeding in your monthly and annual sales budget.

As a Team Lead you are based full-time in Stockholm. Additionally, you will also be working internationally together with the Group Sales Management.
