We are looking for an ambitious, and energetic Sales Team Lead to build our B2B SaaS sales team in the Hague. This is an intermediate level position where we are looking for someone with some experience from B2B sales and a desire to develop themselves into a sales leadership role.

As the Team Lead, your main priorities are creating sales, leading the sales team, and further developing and scaling our business on the Dutch market. Our salary model enables you to positively impact your income every month based on your activities and business results. Your monthly total salary is a combination of a fixed base salary, bonus, and commissions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading operative sales and sales team generating growth
  • Customer acquisition by leading the entire sales process from prospecting to closing the deals with the customer’s top decision makers
  • Customer retention by building long-term customer relationships and supporting customer management processes
  • Scaling the sales team by actively participating in recruitments together with our Talent Management team
  • Guiding and supporting sales team members

  • Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Strong commercial mindset and general business understanding
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on attitude on all areas of leading the daily sales operations
  • Proven track record of successful sales results and true interest of leading the local sales team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to gain customers’ interest and to inspire team members
  • Targets are what drives us, so we want people who aim to reach their monthly and annual targets

The position is full-time and based in The Hague. You will also be working internationally together with the Group Sales Management.
