We are looking for Customer Support Specialist to a key role in supporting our customers as well as our customer management and sales teams.

As a Customer Support Specialist your responsibilities include:

  • providing support and product expertise to our customers and internal teams
  • ensuring high quality and up-to-date user support material and documentation
  • acting as a product ambassador
  • delivering the highest customer value through your product competence

Customer Support Specialist has a crucial role in ensuring the highest value for Dream Broker’s customers and supporting our growth with them. Together with your colleagues your job is to bring online video communication eventually to all employees in our customer organisations.

You would be a part of our Customer Success Desk, directly in the heart of our business and product expertise.

We are looking for a person with:

  • Good-hearted and highly ethical approach to work and business
  • IT or Communications related education, or previous experience from customer support
  • Strong communication skills in English and Finnish – fluency in another Nordic language is a plus
  • Understanding on how SaaS technologies work
  • Willingness to grow as a true professional in an international software company
