K-Citymarket is a modern hypermarket chain, part of K-Group group, with 81 stores, offering a diverse selections of food, home and specialty goods. About two years ago, K-Citymarket needed to launch a new strategy to over 4 600 employees, store owners and suppliers. The challenge was: ”How to put the strategy into action?”

Solution

Dream Broker Studio was made an integral part of K-Citymarket’s management system. Anyone from the management, purchasing, visual merchandising, store staff or even suppliers, can easily create videos and reach the target audience through the Dream Broker Studio video channels and mobile applications in a smarter way.
The videos are used for product training, campaign guidelines, field reporting and management communication.

Dream Broker Studio has improved the campaigns’ turnaround times and enabled a faster reaction to market changes. Videos have also saved time and travel costs significantly.
