We are looking for technology-savvy, business-minded and enthusiastic professionals to start working in a key role, Sales Engineer, taking care of technical deployment and integration projects, technical sales support and related consultation, documentation and training regarding our online video software product, Dream Broker Studio.

As Sales Engineer you would be working in our international Customers unit and reporting directly to Director, Technology & Customers. Your main responsibilities would include:

  • being in charge of and implementing hands-on technical deployment and integration projects of Dream Broker Studio
  • providing technical support for our sales and customer management units in their customer processes
  • consulting and training our customers and own personnel in technical matters
  • ensuring that our technical sales documentation is of high quality and is up-to-date
  • developing our customers’ business and strengthening our cooperation with customers’ technical key contacts.

Your work is strongly technically and commercially oriented, operative and result-driven. Your goal is to enable full technical utilisation of Dream Broker Studio at our customer organisations to ensure that our customers receive true and unique value from our software.

The main attributes you should possess are basic competence regarding software development technologies, passion towards cloud, content management and identity management technologies, drive to do growth business and willingness to make a true impact with video communications solutions. In addition, it would be an asset if you would:

  • enjoy working with demanding customers and high-performance sales teams
  • be familiar working in and with large organisations
  • have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • be familiar with key integration technologies, such as HTTP, REST APIs, XML, JavaScript and scripting languages
  • be able to install and configure operating systems and other system software
  • have some experience with common Microsoft technologies, such as Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory and Windows Azure
  • understand how SaaS and cloud technologies work and interact with on-premises systems
  • be willing to become a true technical professional in a rapidly growing software company’s sales unit
  • be fluent in English.
