International Sales Consultant, Sweden

As part of our new sales and customer management team in Finland, your task is to sell our software products Dream Broker #One and Dream Broker Studio directly to all potential customer organisations in Sweden. With the help of the team, you will have the full ownership of the complete sales process: All the way from customer contacting to arranging customer meetings, both remote and on-site, preparing sales proposals to closing software sales. You are also able to onboard new customers to our products. You will be working daily with private and public sector organisations and their decision makers, located in Sweden.

Your daily support and career path development will be overseen by Dream Broker sales management together with active and supportive sales team members. We will onboard you thoroughly to the sales work, to the local Swedish market and the sales tasks. We offer great possibilities for continuous learning. Our requirements to you:

  • Genuine interest towards sales and proactive customer management work – earlier sales experience will be beneficial, but not necessary
  • Competitive attitude and proactive motivation to reach shared daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Clear and fluent verbal and written command of Swedish and English language, knowledge or Finnish language is a plus
  • Motivation to learn, develop and grow as a professional
  • Motivation and ability to lead yourself and taking concrete responsibility of your work
  • Bold attitude and good team working skills
  • Healthy and realistic level of self-confidence and self-knowledge, making it easy for you to ask for advice in situations where you don’t know the answer
  • Applicable university degree or studies are beneficial

This position is full-time and on-site located in Keilaniemi, Espoo, Finland. The work will include occasional traveling to customer meetings in Sweden and to our office in Stockholm.
