What I love about Dream Broker is the fact that we’re building something global, built on our own values. We don’t sacrifice those values at any cost, whether it’s about our customers or the people working here. Doing something and giving something back to society is the reason why I do it, that is my motivation. In sales, we don’t want to sell just for the sake of selling, there must be the ’customer value’. Success can be measured by how many lives can we impact and how many lives do we impact.

The relationship I have with my team is built on trust. I give them the possibility to express themselves, not only in terms of communication, but giving them room to improve and make decisions in their day-to-day life. On top of that, I give them a framework that we all must live by and within, showing them the direction through example and being available as much as possible to help and assist them solve their challenges.

Every day, every challenge, every project helps me grow as a professional. As a junior UX/UI designer, I still have a lot to learn, but I see myself contributing more and more to every project I’m involved in. The more challenges I get, the more excited I feel. My career goal is to specialize as a designer and become more professional in what I do. In Dream Broker, I have the chance to take responsibility and develop my skills from different perspectives.

Inside my team, we’re very supportive and help each other with our daily tasks, even if we’re not a big team yet. I never hesitate to ask for their opinions, and I’m not afraid to share my problems or difficulties. Not only that, but I feel comfortable reaching my supervisor or other departments to align my work and get feedback about it.

As a solution engineer, every closed case is a personal victory. The best thing about what I do is find an answer to something no one else could figure out. I love the feeling of being able to help our customers, and those small triumphs are what keep me motivated. My purpose is to make sure in every way I help revolutionize the communication of the customer and deliver the value we've promised as a company.

I've witnessed the company grow from a small local office in Espoo to several international offices in many different countries. I haven't just developed my career as a professional but gained a detailed understanding of how the industry works. It's exciting to be part of a growing company, now more than ever. Today we are the market leader in the Nordics, one of the biggest players in Europe, with focus on rapid global expansion through Central and Western Europe. By the year 2025, the goal for the company is to expand its operations to a global level including all corners and continents. The long-term aim of the company is to create a true market-leading online-video software powerhouse, that has the capacity to serve all the needs and use-cases of its customers.
