Marketing Manager

In this role of in-house Marketing Manager your main responsibility will be to increase the market awareness through B2B and B2C marketing activities of our products Dream Broker Studio, Dream Broker #One and #One Personal. You will be given full responsibility of the entire product marketing process from campaign planning, budgeting, to content and lead generation. You will be interacting daily with international sales teams and product management team. Responsibilities:

• Marketing activities including digital marketing (company website, social media, newsletters, digital advertising), traditional marketing activities such as customer reference stories, customer events, newspaper ads, trade shows, exhibitions, recruitment events, and coordinating the production of various different kinds of print materials

• Maintaining the annual cycle, budgeting and control of our marketing activities

• Work closely with product management to productise new features and prepare them for sales so that they are easy to sell

• Collaborate and control our external marketing partners, production partners, media outlets and event organisers

Expectations:

• We respect experience – however we value your enthusiasm, motivation and entrepreneurial mindset most

• You can be just in the beginning of your career or seasoned experienced guru - there is room for all levels

• Past experience from in-house marketing team, marketing entrepreneurship or marketing agency is a plus, but not mandatory

• This is a role for active, productive and outgoing personality – "Getting things shipped" attitude is needed with fast learning curve

• Open-mindedness in concepting and experimenting with new marketing areas

• Quality consciousness is in-built in you, and you have attention to detail

• Native or professional fluency in English, Finnish fluency is a plus
