Dream Broker strengthens its management team by appointing Ville Pellinen as Director, Customers and Otso Kallinen as Director, Innovations. In addition, Lauri Heikkilä is appointed as Country Manager of Finland.

Dream Broker has invested further in sales and innovations by appointing Ville Pellinen, Director of Customers and Otso Kallinen, Director of Innovations to the management team. Mr. Pellinen and Mr. Kallinen will start their work in the management team on 18.8.2015.

As Director of Customer, Mr. Pellinen is responsible of Dream Broker’s customer base and for developing customer management, customer value and satisfaction, and for managing customer churn. Mr. Pellinen has worked for Dream Broker since 2009, most recently as Country Director of Finland, responsible for Finnish sales. Mr. Pellinen has previously been member of Dream Broker’s management team in 2012 – 2013.

Otso Kallinen, Director of Innovations, is leading the innovation processes within Dream Broker. He is responsible for the development of innovation and user-centered design. Prior to this position, he worked as Lead Design within Dream Broker Garage. Mr. Kallinen has worked for the company since 2014.

Dream Broker appoints Lauri Heikkilä as Country Manager of Finland

Dream Broker has appointed Lauri Heikkilä to the Finland Country Manager position. Mr. Heikkilä is responsible for Finnish sales including new customer acquisition and customer management. Mr. Heikkilä has worked within Dream Broker’s sales organisation since 2010 in various positions, including Head of Sales and Team Leader. Mr. Heikkilä starts in his new role on 18.8.2015.
