As a Visual Designer in the Marketing Unit, I am trusted to manage the company’s visual identity and materials in my daily work. The company’s visual identity and product family is constantly evolving, therefore I always have the opportunities to take on new design projects that challenge me.
I also really enjoy working on the wide variety of Marketing Design tasks in my daily responsibilities, especially ones I have never tackled before. For instance, it is extremely fulfilling to see your designs come alive at event stands, our company merchandise and flyers we give away to customers.
I have learnt in my daily work that to grow as a person, you must take the initiative to constantly develop your skills and take on new challenges. Starting something new is never easy at first. So it is important to remind yourself that you always need time and patience to learn.

The working environment at Dream Broker is excellent. My team members are supportive and we help each other grow every day. Though everyone has their role and work on their tasks individually, we often come together to solve common problems. We enjoy sharing our thoughts and assisting each other with our unique experiences.
We work on quite interesting projects that you can't commonly find in most companies. We face new challenges every step of the way, but it is exciting to learn how to overcome obstacles that I have never faced before. I personally had to learn a completely new set of skills that was different from my expertise of software development when I started. However, this only motivates me more, as I have the opportunity to learn and master new skills.

When I started in my position, I did not have any experience with recruitment. I had a background in HR but wanted to learn about talent acquisition. Hence, I decided to make a career change. I really enjoy the versatility. We have so many customers in different industries and sectors, so I get the experience of working with all the different sectors that interest me, all within the same role at the same company!
