Growth Company Dream Broker Increases Its Staff by Over 40 Per Cent

Posted on: September 24, 2013||||

Dream Broker, a Finnish software company producing online video solutions, continues its strong growth and will hire 25 new employees during the autumn. This is an increase of more than 40 per cent to the current staff number. Dream Broker also continues its internationalisation by opening a subsidiary in Norway at the end of the year.

The fastest growing technology company in Finland, Dream Broker, is continuing its rapid growth by hiring a significant number of new employees. Over the course of the autumn, the company is seeking 25 new top talents for marketing, product development, Customer Relationship Management and leadership roles in the Nordics. Currently Dream Broker employs 60 members of staff, so this new recruitment drive will result in an increase of over 40% in personnel in just a few months.

”We are determined to continue our explosive expansion,” says Mika Ahokas, CEO of Dream Broker. “The key to our success is a skilled and diverse staff, and we want to recruit more of these innovative top individuals to our team. Hiring 25 new multi-talents is essential for our success, and also proof of our commitment to continuous growth.”

The main objective of Dream Broker’s aggressive growth strategy is to make the online video revolution a part of every organisation’s communications. The company’s intuitive and easy-to-use online video solution enables fast and efficient communications, learning and training through videos.

”The popularity and use of online videos as a communications tool has grown explosively,” Ahokas continues. “With the help of videos, companies are able to take their own way of communicating to an unforeseen level of effectiveness. Video will replace traditional communication tools such as paper based instructions, long emails, or class-room trainings. Dream Broker is at the forefront of this transformation process. Our goal is to bring online videos within the reach of all employees on any device as part of their everyday activities, regardless of time and place.”

Dream Broker expands to Norway

Towards the end of the year, Dream Broker will continue its geographic expansion by establishing a new office in Oslo. With this expansion, the company will strengthen its foothold in the Nordics. Dream Broker established a subsidiary in Sweden at the end of 2012 and in Denmark in the spring of 2013.

”The Nordics as a market is very important to us, and overall, we find local presence in our target countries essential to our success,” Ahokas says. “The decision to expand to Norway was clear and natural after we set up offices in Sweden and Denmark. This truly enables us to serve our clients locally throughout the Nordics. After the Nordic countries, we are set to expand towards the rest of Europe and the whole world.”

The Oslo office will start with five employees with plans to also increase its staff during the spring of 2014.
