We are looking for Account Executives / Senior Account Executives, responsible for customer value delivered and our growth within the existing customer base in Sweden.

Account Executive / Senior Account Executive has an essential role in Dream Broker`s customer value creation and together with your colleagues your job is to bring online video communication eventually to all employees in our customer organizations. We work today with enterprise customers from both private and public sector and our contact people in the customer organizations are their top decision makers.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

  • Identifying and creating new business cases through personal direct sales activities towards Dream Broker`s clients in Sweden
  • End-to-end responsibility of own customer portfolio and software implementation
  • Consulting your customers in planning and structuring their online video strategy towards the revolution of communication
  • Leading onsite training workshops and inspiring the existing user base
  • Helping and coaching your colleagues and sharing your expertise
  • Supporting Dream Broker`s sales recruitments.

Required skills and experience:

  • Good-hearted and highly ethical approach to sales
  • Passion towards demanding consultative solution selling and helping customers reach their core business targets
  • Willingness to commit to long-term goals and taking our Swedish operations to the next level
  • Strong communication skills both in Swedish and English – ability to inspire, coach and mentor others to reach their targets and full potential
  • Ability and willingness to learn and understand customers core business and identify the customer value created – we consider relevant higher education as an advantage
  • In Account Executive role minimum of 1 year and in Senior Account Executive minimum of 5 years personal B2B sales experience with a proven track record – we consider sales management or project management experience as an advantage

Your office will be Holländargatan 17, Stockholm. Position requires regular traveling to customer meetings in Sweden.
