We are looking for Sales Consultants to join our Sales team in Stockholm. In this role, you are given full responsibility for the entire sales process, from discovering new clients to negotiating and closing deals. You will be interacting daily with top decision-makers from various industries. You will work independently but along with the Sales team to manage your daily sales activities.   • Outbound Sales Prospecting: performing daily cold calling and other cold contacting to approach potential customers and booking sales meetings.
  • Network: establishing a network and relationships in Sweden.
  • Sales Meetings: leading customer meetings with sales presentations.
  • Product Analysis: identifying customer needs in online communications.
  • Negotiation and Closing: negotiating, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
  • Implementation Support: supporting and training new customers during the implementation phase of our software products.
  • Collaboration: collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and customer support, to ensure smooth delivery and support for clients.

Other expectations include:

  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish for maintaining meaningful dialogues with customers.
  • Previous experience in sales-oriented environments, as well as retail, customer management, and project management. Alternatively, your academic qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, or related fields within Customer Management, is highly considerable.
  • Result-driven and self-motivated individual with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth to reach your monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Ownership of your daily work, which means working independently and knowing your sales targets and numbers.
  • Team player who supports their sales team and seeks guidance from colleagues.
  • Open-minded attitude and drive to learn, develop, and grow professionally.

A salary model in which you can have a direct impact based on your daily sales work. The salary model is divided into 3 parts:

  • Fixed Base Salary
  • Sales Commissions
  • Bonus
