We are looking for Sales Consultant to join our sales team in Reykjavik. In this role, you are given full responsibility for the entire sales process, from discovering new clients to negotiating and closing deals. You will be interacting daily with top decision makers from various industries. You will work independently but along with sales team to manage your daily sales activities. If you are an ambitious, result-oriented, and sales-oriented person, this is the perfect career path for you.


  • Outbound Sales Prospecting: performing daily cold calling and cold emailing to approach potential Icelandic customers and booking sales meetings.
  • Network:establishing a network and relationships in Iceland.
  • Sales Meetings: leading customer meetings with sales presentations.
  • Product Analysis: identifying customer needs in online communications.
  • Negotiation and Closing: negotiating, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
  • Implementation Support: supporting and training new customers during the implementation phase of our software products.
  • Collaboration: collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and customer support, to ensure smooth delivery and support for clients.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent communication skills in Icelandic and conversational English for maintaining meaningful dialogues with customers.
  • Previous Professional or Academic Experience: Ideally, some previous professional or academic experience with customers and sales related tasks. Retail experience is also considered.
  • Results-Driven: A self-motivated individual with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth to reach your monthly and annual sales targets.
  • High Planning Skills: ownership of your daily work, which means working independently and knowing your sales targets and numbers.
  • Team Player: support your sales team and seek guidance from your team members.
  • Open-minded: Drive to learn, develop and grow professionally.

We offer a 3-part salary model in which you can have direct impact based on your daily sales work:

  • fixed base salary
  • bonus
