We are looking for a Sales Director with long term commitment who has the ability to accelerate our growth in 8 European countries. Dream Broker operates in the growing software and communications market, with limitless business opportunities for innovation and disruption. You will lead the team of over 60 sales employees and have the aim to grow the team to over 100 salespeople during this year. You will also be scaling the business from the current 10 million euro turnover to 100 million euros in the coming years.

Dream Broker has been on a mission to help people and enterprises communicate, collaborate, and learn with online video since 2007. With our growing product family, we are looking for a talented sales leader to lead our Sales unit, reporting to the CEO as a trusted member of the management team member. Your job as a Sales Director is to, together with the management team and sales management, elevate our sales organisation and growth to the next level.

We are looking for a person with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and passion for growth and direct enterprise software sales. You are the right person for the role if you have a solid sales track record and have experience as a leader in an international organisation. Additionally, you have very good communication skills, both in English and in Finnish, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced growth company environment.

The ideal candidate:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong work ethic and winning mentality
  • Good-hearted people person with perseverance and energy to meet both customers, employees and candidates
  • Capability to operate both on a strategic level (with the management team), tactical level (sales management) and operationally executing the strategies with team members.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience from direct B2B sales in particular experience from cold calling and cold acquisition
  • Minimum of 5 years sales management experience, preferably experience within both direct sales team management (Team Leader), as well as managing through sales middle management (as a Sales Director)
  • Abilities to set KPIs, monitoring these and ensuring success on both individual, team and country level
  • International leadership expertise from a multi-cultural environment
  • Experience within B2B sales towards enterprise level customers in multiple business units and industries
  • Sales experience from both private and public sector, as well as good understanding of IT ecosystems and how to sell Dream Broker’s products.
  • Minimum bachelor level academic degree

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Providing inspirational leadership to the sales unit, leading the sales by high business acumen.
  • Sales Management: Managing the sales unit and Dream Broker’s direct sales process fostering a culture of professionalism, excellence and meeting the sales targets in all revenue streams with the sales management.
  • Recruitment and Team Development: Recruiting a winning team and developing it further alongside the growth of the company.
  • Commercialization: Strategic and tactical work related to the Dream Broker overall product offering, productisation, pricing model and value proposition related to all products.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Legal, Finance, Product development, Customer Success and Talent Management, mainly in collaboration with fellow management team member colleagues. Travelling to our 8 countries to support the local Country Managers in their business operations.
  • Member of the management team: Generating accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights into sales performance and areas for improvement to the CEO and management team and supporting the whole company with your expertise to help the company succeed.
